Tasks

• Permanent observation of a patient
• Fall prophylaxis and prevention of self-harm
• Patients reassure and provide orientation
• Support for simple everyday activities
• Alert the nursing staff in case of problems or health condition
• Accompaniment in the event of unrest, delirium, dementia or suicidal risk
• Night vigils for vulnerable persons
• Showing presence to make patients feel safe
• Compliance with hygiene, safety and hospital guidelines
• Cooperation with nurses and other professional groups
• Ideal prerequisite for professional orientation towards the seat guard

Requirements

• You are at least 18 years old
• German language skills level B2
• Interested in care, health care and work as a seat guard
• Cooperation in 3-shift operation
• Good observation, empathy and patience
• The joy of dealing with people
• Clear communication, reliability and teamwork
• Physical and psychological resilience
