Tasks

• Hands-on Human Resources: You support us in administrative HR tasks, from recording holiday aids to organizing exits to birthday cards for employees.
• Take responsibility: Monitor and manage work permits and ensure that everything goes smoothly.
• Organizational talent asked: You take with you a total of one hundred and a half on our mail service, manage office supplies and keep track of everything.

• Communication pro: Be the friendly voice on the phone for our internal and external customers and support in all HR questions - texts and more: writing e-mails and correspondence – here you can show what you have in writing.

Requirements

• Successfully completed compulsory schooling or basic commercial education (e.g. trade school) – with good to very good grades.
• Very good German knowledge in word and writing so that you can convey our messages accurately.
• Quick insight and organizational talent because we need someone who keeps track.
• Responsibility and joy in moving things – you are afflictive and keep up with the ball.
• Friendliness and team spirit so that you can fit perfectly with us.
