Your responsibilities

Pure variety: you take on responsibility in the entire care process – from advice to care planning to care, always with the people in focus. Teamwork and trust: you work closely with doctors, insurance companies, institutions and relatives – and of course with your team. At home instead of in the clinic: you accompany young adults to elderly people through acute and chronic psychosocial life situations in their private environment. Targeted: Promote and support the clientele in dealing with their burden and in the independent design of everyday life. Technically always up to date: you live with us evidence-based care.

Your profile Study: as a dipl. Nurse HF you bring this (or equivalent education) Specialization: initial experience in psychiatric care is beneficial. If these are missing, we look forward to your willingness to continue your education through further training – we support you! Professionalism: paired with a lot of professional and social skills and a recovery-oriented basic attitude. Driving ability: Cat B driving licence and own car. Nice to have: Knowledge of interRAI HC and/or Perigon.
