Role overview
We are looking for franchise partners in a family business to operate migrolino shops on Sundays and public holidays as well.
There must be at least 6 working family members (only members in vertical line and degrees of kinship count as family members) to ensure full sales operations on every Sunday and public holiday.

- You establish a sole proprietorship (partnership) and operate our shop with your own capital
- You operate a location in the franchise system on your own account
- Several years of experience in food retail and gastronomy
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) in retail, gastronomy, travel, or gas station business
Main responsibilities
- You establish a sole proprietorship (partnership) and operate our shop with your own capital
- You operate a location in the franchise system on your own account
- Responsibility for the operational management of the location
- Goal-oriented leadership and development of your team, including independent recruitment
- Ensuring the implementation of the migrolino concept and compliance with standards
- Responsibility for acquiring new customers, as well as economic results, turnover, and costs
- Control and improvement of operational processes in cooperation with migrolino AG
- Responsibility for compliance with and enforcement of health protection, occupational safety, and hygiene regulations
- Through good cooperation with the headquarters, you reach or exceed the agreed budget targets Requirements
- Several years of experience in food retail and gastronomy
Key requirements
- Several years of experience in food retail and gastronomy
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) in retail, gastronomy, travel, or gas station business
- At least 6 working family members in vertical line of working age
- High sense of responsibility for business operations, staff, and customers
- Many years of experience in staff management and business know-how
- Above-average performance motivation as a sales and leadership personality Team-oriented, open, and flexible mindset
- Willingness for continuous further education and learning ability
