In this position, you will work directly for a major international healthcare customer and work in a demanding, highly regulated environment. You ensure that time-critical and sensitive healthcare transports are processed reliably, efficiently and in accordance with the rules.
With your work, you make an important contribution to healthcare and ensure that patients, medical institutions and companies can rely on functioning supply chains.
How you get involved
- Coordination of international transports in a regulated healthcare environment
- Monitoring of shipments and proactive action in the event of deviations
- Ensuring compliance with logistics processes and quality standards
- Support in optimizing transport and process flows
- Close collaboration with customers, partners and internal interfaces
- Support with operational challenges and Escalations
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information between all parties involved
What sets you apart
- Completed training in freight forwarding, logistics or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in international freight forwarding or transport logistics
- Experience in at least one mode of transport (land transport, air or sea freight)
- Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or MedTech environment is an advantage
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- High Customer orientation and strong quality awareness
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
