Main responsibilities
- Planning, installation, commissioning, maintenance of telephone networks and telephone systems (Digital, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM)) in logistics, administration and sales outlets as well as networks (WiFi and LAN) in the sales points
- Installation, commissioning, quality and scheduling of all computer infrastructure in construction projects (new buildings, modernizations)
- First and second level support in the entire field of computer infrastructure, with prioritization to telephony, the network and
- Hardware Installations in the sales points (including Mobile device Android and iOS)
- Active participation in Bauko's sessions and subsequent independent planning and ordering of the required hardware (network components, LAN, WLAN, cash registers, scales, EFT, etc.)
- Recording, analyzing, prioritizing and tracking of computer science malfunction messages Requirements
- Completed training as telematics technician:in or electric technician:in with further training to telematics technician:in - experience with Mobile Device (Android/iOS) and good MS-Office knowledge
- Good oral and written German knowledge, French knowledge of advantage - willingness to work at marginal times (from 06.00 o'clock and until 22.00 o'clock respectively) Guide pass category B
