In this role, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, maintenance and optimization of our data center infrastructure, which we operate on-site at the plant sites.

- Definition, configuration and optimization of the virtual infrastructure starting from level hardware up to and with guest operating system.

Application process
- Participation in the entire ICT architecture as an expert in infrastructure hardware and its interfaces to other systems such as operating systems, network layer, authentication services, basic applications, etc.
- Co-responsibility for the virtual infrastructures and their LifeCycle (platform owner).
- Design and further development of virtualization platforms in terms of availability, security and data integrity through standardization and automation.
- Operation of the virtualization infrastructure (Broadcom m.
- VMware) as well as active support in the operation of the entire ICT infrastructure.
- Interdisciplinary cooperation within the ICT infrastructure teams with other experts (e.g. network, virtualization, infrastructure, etc.).
- Coordination and implementation of in-depth diagnoses of performance problems, error analyses and capacity planning in the area of infrastructure hardware.
