Exciting tasks await

• First Contact: You are the focal point for hardware and software, networking and communication problems – supported by ICT services from other schools in complex cases.
• M365 administration: You manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 cloud environment (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
• Infrastructure: You are actively involved in the further expansion and operation of the ICT infrastructure for the school and the new building.
• Project coordination with responsibility: You coordinate cooperation and coordination with suppliers, consultants and external partners.
• Support: You are the first point of contact for teachers, employees and students with ICT issues. With your willingness to help, your professional competence and an understandable communication, you ensure fast and solution-oriented support in first-level support.

What you bring

• Training: computer scientist/in EFZ (ideally subject area of platform development) – or equivalent expertise.
• M365: Practical experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
• Educational interest: You enjoy the school environment. They have an understanding of the requirements of education and a strong service orientation.
• People Skills: They like people, communicate clearly and appreciatively and openly respond to different concerns.
• Personality: You tackle, think ahead and like to find solutions. They work independently, assume responsibility and keep an overview even in demanding situations.

The Cantonal School Stein was opened in August 2025 in a temporary school complex in Stein, which means that the pupils can now benefit from a wide range of offers in the Gymnasium and the secondary school in the Fricktal. The school will continue to grow until 2029, expand its school offering and move into the planned new building from 2029. You work in a small, motivated ICT team with another specialist. This position offers ideal conditions to further develop your professional and personal skills in a targeted manner. Computer science tools can no longer be imagined without modern teaching. They support teachers, employees and pupils in the use of ICT, further develop the digital school infrastructure and supervise it in the company. In this way, you make an important contribution to the further development of a contemporary and future-oriented school system.
