Role overview
The Office for Industry, Trade and Labour (KIGA) currently employs around 135 people in six regions in the canton of Graubünden.
In addition to the public employment agency (RAV), we organize labour market measures for job seekers and run the cantonal unemployment fund.
In addition, we perform various tasks in the field of labour market and occupational safety.

- Professional support and support of employees in 1st and 2nd level support for all IT concerns
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of client hardware as well as the establishment of modern IT workstations
Main responsibilities
- Professional support and support of employees in 1st and 2nd level support for all IT concerns
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of client hardware as well as the establishment of modern IT workstations
- Responsibility for the procurement, administration and lifecycle management of hardware and software (including orders, license management and inventory management) Packaging and rollout of software packages
- Operation, maintenance and optimisation of the training environment
- Assistance and support of job seekers during SIZ user training
- Documentation of course participation from entry to exit and reporting to assignment offices (RAV, disability insurance, social services)
- Cross-departmental assumption of the function of the deputy power user Requirements
Application process
- Completed training or further education in computer science as well as in-depth professional experience in IT support and technical application operations
- In-depth knowledge of the Windows client/server environment and ideally experience with common automation tools
- First experience or touch points with the Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, MS Teams) and Azure are a big plus, but not a must-have
- Independent, networked and analytical thinking as well as a structured, reliable and team-oriented working method
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
- Knowledge of a second cantonal language or other languages is a plus and facilitates exchange in a diverse environment
- Driving licence Cat.
- B and the readiness for occasional assignments at other locations in the canton of Graubünden
