In our warehouses in Wohlen and Dintikon, you and your team keep the IT stable and develop it further so that the flow of goods runs. For complex warehouse topics, you are the central contact person: you analyze disruptions and find sustainable solutions. For this, you work closely with the central IT, infrastructure and product teams as well as logistics on site.

• Central contact person for demanding IT topics in the warehouse environment, from disruption analysis to a sustainable solution
• Responsibility for the stable operation of warehouse IT, together with the central IT and infrastructure teams
• Implementation and optimization of IT services for storage environments, from standard solutions to storage-specific requirements
• Interface between warehouse operations and IT product teams to accommodate requirements and ensure implementation
• Second-level support in the team and step-by-step takeover of Pikett assignments
• Coaching and professional development of first-level support teams
• Collaboration on standards, operating processes and support concepts for a scalable warehouse IT

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience: in IT operations, IT support or other business-critical IT environments
• Completed initial or further training: ICT specialist, computer scientist:in EFZ
• Broad technical knowledge on workplace, application and infrastructure solutions, combined with curiosity and desire to learn new things
• Decision-making and solution orientation, even with incomplete information and time pressure, with a pragmatic view for what is feasible
• Clear, target-group-oriented communication with a desire for transparency and constructive feedback, in the team as well as with the logistics teams on site
• Willingness to question “we have always done so” and propose more efficient or automated solutions
• Courage to try things without planning them down to the last detail and confidence you build through reliable action
