Main responsibilities
- As a member of our service desk team, you are the central point of contact for our employees and together with the ICT specialist teams ensure smooth ICT operation. In particular, its tasks include:
- First point of contact for all ICT concerns of our employees
- Analysis, prioritization and handling of incidents, service requests and user requests
Application process
- First-level support for: workplace and infrastructure services, medical information systems, administrative business applications, research and analytics platforms
- Coordination of ticket processing with the various ICT specialist areas and external partners
- Implementation of standardized identity and access management processes (entrances, mutations, exits and permissions)
- Advising users in dealing with our ICT services
- Maintaining the knowledge base and participating in the continuous improvement of our service processes
- Participation in ICT projects, rollouts and the introduction of new ICT services Requirements
- Completed computer science training EFZ or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in ICT Service Desk or ICT Support

- Participation in ICT projects, rollouts and the introduction of new ICT services
