Main responsibilities
- You implement and optimize complex firewall rules and consistently implement the security policy on the corresponding systems
Application process
- You integrate applications into the Coop IT security architecture and develop them further
- You operate and improve the Coop Web Security Gateway solution and ensure web application security for applications and services
- Support security verification, monitoring and enforcement in cloud environments and manage PKI infrastructure
- You create and optimize operational processes, document solution concepts and drive their evaluation, tests and further development Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a computer scientist:in or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in the IT security environment with well-founded practice in the areas of firewall, web applications, proxy technologies, PKI and remote access
- Good knowledge of switching/routing in IP networks as well as experience in the creation and implementation of security concepts
- Advantages: Knowledge of Check Point, F5 and scripting languages such as Python as well as experience in project management
