Tasks

• Acceptance and processing of group-internal support requests and disruption messages of users by telephone and ticket
• Support and forwarding of non-directly releasable ICT tickets to the competent departments
• Support and information of logistics in the implementation of new functions and processes
• Collaboration in computer science projects concerning logistics incl. Support of specialist departments in user acceptance tests

Requirements

• Completed vocational apprenticeship and high IT affinity
• Practical experience in the field of logistics incl. Computer systems, such as SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WAMAS, WM, Dematic))
• Good oral knowledge in French and/or Italian
• Category B driving licence
• Readiness for shift and Saturday work as well as pikettdienst
