Tasks

• Acceptance and processing of group-internal support requests and fault messages of the sales outlets by telephone
• Support and forwarding of non-directly releasable ICT tickets to the competent departments
• Support and information of the sales front in the implementation of new functions and processes
• Collaboration in computer science projects that affect the sales front incl. Support of specialist departments in user acceptance tests
• On-site sales staff support for new openings

Requirements

• Completed vocational apprenticeship and high IT affinity
• Practical experience of the monetary and commodity processes as well as the general processes in a retail outlet incl. very good user knowledge of POS software as well as pleasure in dealing with computer systems of sales outlets
• Good oral knowledge in French and/or Italian
• Category B driving licence
• Readiness for shift and Saturday work as well as pikettdienst
