Tasks

• Ensure stable and secure operation as well as support of our clinic information system KISIM and our dictation solutions Winscribe/Dragon Medical One.
• Responsibility for the support and continuous development of the assigned applications in close coordination with the specialist areas.
• Acceptance, analysis and evaluation of professional requirements as well as development and implementation of suitable IT solutions.
• Planning and coordination of changes, releases, tests and acceptances.
• Assumption of project and sub-project management for the functional further development and integration of new solutions and technologies.
• Participation in the evaluation and introduction of new technologies, such as AI-based extensions.
• Participation in the Pikettdienst for business-critical clinical applications.

Requirements

• medical informatics, computer science or equivalent training; alternatively, basic medical or nursing training with a strong IT affinity and corresponding experience.
• Good knowledge of clinical processes and basic medical topics as well as ideally experience in the Swiss healthcare system.
• Several years of experience in application management or in the operation and in the further development of specialist applications are advantageous.
• Good understanding of application architectures, interfaces, data flows and the relationships of complex IT system landscapes.
• Strong ability to understand, structure and translate professional requirements into targeted IT solutions.
• Communicative and assertive personality with a strong understanding of services and processes.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working methods as well as a high level of quality and responsibility.
• Willingness to take responsibility for the assigned applications and to act solution-oriented in demanding operational situations.
