Company and context
- Due to team organization, Tuesday and Friday are ideally working days
- Eidg.
- Professional card in HR, Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology or another relevant field, or an equivalent education
- Initial experience in HR, ideally in an international context;
- Experience in federal administration is a plus
- Very good language skills in two official languages - at least level B2 Enjoy working in MS Excel
- Organizational talent, independence and quality awareness
- Connected thinking, flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
- Strength of communication and enjoyment of working in a team as well as with different interfaces in the organization
- Interest in world affairs, international development cooperation and humanitarian aid
