Key requirements
- Training & qualifications: You have been trained in the fields of work psychology, organisation or human resources, health management, case management or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in the health sector is an asset.
- Specialized knowledge: You have good knowledge of labour law and social insurance.
- You are also comfortable with indicators, statistics and project management methods.
- Animation & training : You have experience in conducting workshops as well as conducting training.
- Work method & personality: You distinguish yourself by a way of working autonomously, structured and oriented solutions.
- You show empathy, excellent counselling skills and good assertiveness.
- Languages & IT : You are fluent in French or German at the mother tongue level and have very good knowledge of the other language (minimum C1).
- Strong IT skills are essential.
- Place of work: Your main workplace is located in Bellikon or Sion, depending on your choice.
- Regular collaboration between the various sites is expected.
