- Higher vocational training as an HR specialist with a Swiss federal certificate or university degree with an equivalent qualification and several years of professional experience in a comparable capacity
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, public personnel law as well as in the advice and support of line managers
- Strong analytical, consulting and communication skills with a strong service idea and a pragmatic and solution-oriented working method
- Open, loyal and committed personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders and move safely in a dynamic environment
