Your tasks

• Coaching and supporting managers and employees in challenging situations, especially in conflicts as well as performance and behavioral issues
• Advising managers and employees on personnel and employment law issues
• Supervision of occupational health management (CHM) as well as coordination of professional reintegration in cooperation with supervisors and insurance partners
• Support in personnel and organizational change processes
• Collaboration in HR projects as well as further development and optimization of HR processes
• Participation in payroll processes and wage-related issues

Your profile

• You have completed commercial or comparable training as well as further training as an HR specialist with a federal. Specialist certificate or an equivalent qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function
• Experience in healthcare is an advantage
• You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss employment law and are confident in challenging personnel issues
• With your strong consulting and communication skills, you will appear confident, professional and appropriate to managers and employees
• You are characterized by an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility
• Even in challenging situations, you maintain an overview, set priorities and represent your position clearly and constructively
• You are characterized by a high level of social competence, discretion, resilience and flexibility
• You have very good written and spoken German skills as well as a confident handling of MS Office and digital HR systems
