Main responsibilities

- Close cooperation with the Shared Service Center HR and other HR specialist areas is also part of your everyday life – together you ensure efficient and smooth HR processes
- Change and transformation processes are actively accompanied by you.
- You also bring your experience to the design and moderation of workshops and team development formats
- In addition, you will be involved in HR projects and working groups – both internally and within the Migros Group – and contribute to the further development of our HR topics. Requirements
- Several years of experience: as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a large company
- Completed basic or further education: in the field of Human Resources (e.g. HR certificate, MAS, Bachelor/Master)
- You are well-versed in employment law and HR processes and move safely – even in challenging situations
- Change is not a buzzword for you, but part of your everyday work: You bring experience in the accompaniment of transformations and implement them effectively
