• Support and advice of managers along the entire employee lifecycle.
• Sparring partners: in site management for personnel, organizational and cultural issues.
• Accompaniment of change processes as well as active participation in location and organizational development.
• Moderation of workshops, leadership dialogues and team developments.
• Develop sustainable solutions in the areas of talent management, employee retention and succession planning.
• Professional handling of demanding personnel cases, labour law issues and absence management.
• Close cooperation with our HR services for professional and efficient personnel support.

You bring that with you

• You have an HR certificate or comparable further education as well as several years of experience as an HR Business Partner: in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• It is a pleasure to accompany managers both in everyday operations and in strategic issues.
• Experience or further education in the areas of change management, organizational development, coaching or leadership development.
• Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented working method.
• Strong consulting and moderation skills as well as a good feeling for people and organizations.
• Confident knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
