To complement its People Department based in Crissier, McDonald’s Switzerland is looking to fill the role of: HR Business Partner (80-100%)

Main responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR partner for franchisees, restaurant leadership teams, and Operations stakeholders, providing guidance on employee relations, talent development, performance management, compliance, and HR administration.

  • Support the resolution of complex employee relations matters and promote a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation remain up to date and aligned with legal and business requirements.
  • Deliver training, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous development of people capabilities across the restaurant network. What You Need to Be Successful
  • University degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of significant experience in a similar HR Business Partner or HR Consultant, ideally in a multi-site and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices, combined with proven experience advising leaders, managing employee relations matters, and driving HR projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization.
