Work where others go on holiday! Health professional EFZ (80-100%) Can you imagine working in a small team without a direct leader? We have converted our organizational form to semi-autonomous teams, that is, we are guided by the famous Buurtzorg model, but have adapted it to our needs. In an interdisciplinary team, with qualified nurses, housekeeping and support staff and case management at your side, it should be a new form of work that is up-to-date and allows for the necessary flexibility, but also structure and continuity.

You have the following qualifications

• Completed health EFZ training or equivalent training
• Ideally Spitex experience
• Strong professional and social skills
• self-employed and responsible working practices
• valid category B ticket

Your tasks: As a competent health care professional, you take on responsibility in the care and care including preventive support from our clients at home. You independently carry out basic and treatment care according to the care plan. As a communicative personality, it is also easy for you to actively cooperate and exchange information with the person responsible for the case and the support team.
