Health professional 30 - 70 % Your tasks

  • Resource and goal-oriented care and support of clients at home
  • Co-responsibility in ensuring the required quality of care
  • Documentation of services provided

You bring that with you

  • Completed training as a professional health EFZ or equivalent
  • User knowledge Perigon and InterRAI HC are advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of German (B2 or higher)
  • Safe to use digital tools and programs
  • Category B licence (service vehicles with gearshift)
