- You provide leadership on-call and take on the role of operations manager/railway division manager in complex events.
- You represent the interests of SBB at the scene of the incident to emergency services, authorities and internal services.
- Planning and implementing measures to promote staff motivation as well as actively shaping the change process among employees and in the organization are also part of your area of responsibility.
