Responsible for this key role at migrolino You cover the entire supply chain as well as quality assurance and move topics that affect our sales outlets and thus our customers every day. Together with the team and external partners, you ensure efficient processes, high quality standards and sustainable logistics.

• You will take over the professional and personnel management of the areas of supply chain management and quality assurance.
• You control and develop cooperation with our logistics partners and ensure effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.
• You are responsible for logistics performance and a double-digit million budget and ensure the optimal balance between service quality and cost-effectiveness.
• You monitor the relevant KPIs, derive appropriate measures and drive continuous improvement along the entire supply chain.
• You initiate and lead cross-divisional strategic supply chain projects and actively shape the further development of our processes.
• You are responsible for the further development of quality management, occupational safety and health protection systems and represent your topics at management and group level.
• You think entrepreneurially, act analytically and make informed decisions even in demanding situations. You convince with strong communication skills, negotiating skills and a secure appearance at all management levels.

Requirements

• 5-7 years: Experience in logistics or supply chain management in retail or wholesale
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): logistics or business administration
• Several years of professional and managerial experience in supply chain management, logistics or the commercial environment.
• Demonstrate success in managing challenging projects and in dealing with different stakeholders.
• Completed university studies in business administration or a comparable discipline.
• Further education in the field of supply chain management, logistics, quality management or food technology. In-depth know-how in supply chain processes, logistics management, KPI management and cost optimization.
• Experience in quality management, ideally in the food, retail or FMCG environment.
