- Vous disposez d'une expérience managériale de plusieurs années dans des environnements opérationnels tels que la production ou la maintenance, idéalement dans le domaine des véhicules ferroviaires. Avec votre leadership participatif et une communication claire, vous guidez votre équipe avec assurance dans des situations complexes.
- L'amélioration continue vous est familière et vous appliquez avec aisance des méthodes telles que Lean, Kaizen et Operational Excellence, vous planifiez et réalisez également des projets d'investissement.
- Vous avez achevé une formation supérieure dans une école polytechnique fédérale, une université ou une HES dans un domaine technique ou économique et vous possédez de solides connaissances dans l'autre domaine. Vous avez des connaissances en allemand au niveau C1 et des connaissances en français au minimum au niveau B1.

- You play the demanding role of interface between production, planning, component management, procurement, procurement and projects, and you actively encourage collaboration and quality communication.
