To meet the many challenges that await it, the HIB is looking for a: Head nurse of care units (ICUS) for the surgery department from 80% to 100% Your mission The surgery department has 30 hospitalization beds, it is organized into two surgical sectors (stationary and ambulatory) and an acute geriatric rehabilitation sector.
Its mission is to ensure the clinical care of all adult patients in the Broye region requiring surgical care.

- Guarantee the good care of patients in the units for which you are responsible, according to a patient-family centered care approach Ensure staff supervision
- Your strengths With a HES diploma in nursing, you have at least 3 years of experience in the field of hospital care.

Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Guarantee the good care of patients in the units for which you are responsible, according to a patient-family centered care approach Ensure staff supervision
- Direct and support the team to promote its development and reflective practice
- Plan, organize, coordinate and control the implementation of unit activities
- Provide team coaching focused on clinical support by guaranteeing the monitoring of good practices
- Promote and practice interprofessional collaboration
Key requirements
- Your strengths With a HES diploma in nursing, you have at least 3 years of experience in the field of hospital care.
