- You lead the outbound team with around 50 employees and are responsible for a smooth process in uncooled and cooled branch picking, central palletizing / TK delivery and empty containers.
- You ensure the operational logistics at the location for branches, exports, third-party partners, sister companies and platforms according to the system technical specifications
Main responsibilities

- You coordinate cooperation with internal and external interfaces and ensure clear and timely communication
- You monitor key figures, ensure compliance with the budget and manage the costs responsibly
- You promote and develop your employees in a targeted manner and lead your team in a performance- and solution-oriented manner
- You are actively involved in projects to optimize production, logistics and process flows
- You ensure the maintenance of the master data in the logistics systems, take over administrative tasks and process logistics-relevant documents for a smooth handling
- You take over the deputy head of logistics / supply Requirements
- 5 years: Training in management or logistics is advantageous
- Higher technical school: Completed education or further education in the field of logistics, supply chain management or business administration
