You recognize potential, win supporters and partners for our concerns and develop structures, processes and measures that have a long-term impact. You develop a fundraising and partnership strategy with clear goals, target groups and measures.

Your task

• Divisional development: You structure the area of fundraising and partnerships and develop it strategically.
• Strategy: You develop a fundraising and partnership strategy with clear goals, target groups and measures.
• Partner acquisition: You win sponsors, patrons, foundations, companies and other partners for our concerns.
• Further development: You develop fundraising instruments such as patronage, donation campaigns, sponsorship models and legacies.
• Partnership management: You build strategic partnerships, maintain existing relationships and develop sustainable cooperation models.
• Creating concepts: You design suitable communication formats and events that strengthen relationships and make our concerns visible.
• Process development: You will continue to develop CRM, data base and internal processes and ensure sound analysis and reporting.

Your profile

• Experience: You bring experience in fundraising, partnership development, marketing, communication or in a comparable environment.
• Co-creation: You enjoy building an area, creating structures and developing topics independently.
• Working method: You think strategically, work in a structured way and reliably move projects from the idea to implementation.
• Personality: You have a good feeling for people, actively build relationships and communicate convincingly with different stakeholders.
• Digital know-how: You are digitally savvy, bring good IT and CRM skills and quickly get involved in new systems.
• Communication: You communicate stylishly in German
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
