Key requirements
- Fiducia e spirito di squadra sono pilastri del tuo modo di lavorare; consideri preziosa la collaborazione trasversale ai processi con persone dalle competenze più diverse.
- Pluriennale esperienza nella gestione di portafogli idroelettrici in Svizzera; operi con esperienza sui mercati energetici (forward, spot, intraday, servizi di sistema) a livello nazionale e nei paesi confinanti e conosci le basi del risk management.
- Laurea universitaria o titolo terziario con almeno una formazione complementare in economia aziendale e almeno cinque anni di esperienza professionale nel settore energetico; idealmente hai già esperienza di gestione del personale.
- Marcata propensione all'IT e spiccate capacità analitiche; puoi dimostrare risultati concreti nell'impiego di metodi quantitativi, nella digitalizzazione e nello sviluppo di strumenti.
- Ottima conoscenza del tedesco e buona conoscenza del francese (o viceversa - min. B2); richiediamo inoltre una buona conoscenza dell'inglese (min.B1).
