- The Army Staff (A Staff) supports the Chief of the Army in the leadership of the Departmental Department of Defence and is responsible for the overall military planning and development of the Swiss Army.
- Here, in accordance with the political guidelines, the strategic foundations, the armed forces development and the army and armaments planning are developed and tasks in the international security context are performed.
- The command, control and coordination of all cross-cutting areas (personnel, finance, real estate) also fall under the responsibility of the Army Staff.
- The Swiss Army employs more than 9,000 people in four military and around 200 civilian occupations – at 110 locations throughout Switzerland.

- Proven several years of leadership experience in corporate architecture and its methods in large organizations
- Ability to communicate complex issues in a clear, structured and addressable manner and to combine different interests
- Very good methodological competence (e.g.
- TOGAF, HERMES, project or program management certifications such as IPMA/MAS) and further education and experience in business analysis
- Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language and very good knowledge of English (C1) We offer this
