- On behalf of the Confederation and the Cantons, lead the national competence and coordination office eHealth Suisse in strategic, professional, human, financial and organizational terms

- Proven knowledge of the Swiss health system in the field of standards and interoperability, as well as the distribution of competences between the Confederation and the cantons
- Technical and technical knowledge of all three interoperability layers (technical, syntactic, semantic), in particular the HL7 FHIR standard and international ontologies/classifications in the health sector
- Pronounced team player with leadership and high social skills for working in a complex and demanding environment
