Main responsibilities
- Customer Service and Consulting
- Goods presentation, availability and management
- Ensuring the defined processes in the department
- Design of flower arrangements incl. Care of flowers and plants Processing of returns and complaints Professional leadership of employees Working in other departments
Key requirements
- Ideally a few years of professional experience: in the retail trade department flowers / plants or as a florist*in
- Completed basic or advanced training: in retail trade
