Design the future of strategic purchasing at Axpo and optimise global procurement categories. We are looking for an experienced personality that promotes synergies, drives sustainable solutions and takes responsibility in a matrix structure
- Develop, convert and improve category strategies for direct materials at international level across divisions and divisions. - Guide a team of Category Leads professionally in a matrix organization with clear specifications, development plans and performance standards. - Work closely with division lines, project managers and technical experts to ensure the business relevance and feasibility of strategies. - Promote the use of digital tools for donation analytics, savings tracking and procurement and contract management. - Drive a robust Savings pipeline ahead and secure tracking, validation and reporting according to internal guidelines. - Procurement in key investment decisions, projects and strategic supplier negotiations. - Monitor the performance of commercial contracts and the measurement of relevant KPIs for direct categories.
