Role overview

We are looking for a Head of Bid & Proposal to strengthen our front-end sales organization, which plays a central role in the sales team Switzerland.

In this function, you are responsible for the Bid Management and the creation of high-quality and competitive offers for our portfolio of high-voltage products and transformers.

They continue to develop the Bid-&-Proposal team and conduct it professionally as disciplined.

As a central interface, you coordinate all relevant internal stakeholders and contribute to the successful development of the Swiss market with timely, qualitatively convincing offers.
