Main responsibilities
- Responsabilità per lo sviluppo strategico e opativo della tecnologia di production nel sito di Basilea
- Sviluppare the strategy of production a medium and long term e implemented in all parts of production
- Responsibility for the development of technology and industrialization, the phase of implementation of all the introduction of production
- Promote the initiative of innovation and digitalization of the environment of production
- Guarantee the availability of a long term delivery e della tecnologia (personale, attrezzature, materiali)

Key requirements
- Laurea (FH/Uni) in Ingegneria, Economia or equivalente
- Almeno 10 Years of experience in production/operation in a regulatory environment (MedTech, Pharma or equivalent)

- Esperienza nella direction di progetti tecnologici or di industrializzazione complessi
- Conoscenza sicura dei ERP system (as in SAP), the tools for managing the programs, the MS365 and the tools like Power BI for analyzing the data and creating the reports
