- To strengthen our team in the area of Manufacturing and Process Technology (MPT) within Technical Operations (TechOps), we are looking for a committed personality as Head Manufacturing and Process Technology Sisslerfeld (a) 100% Your tasks Establishment, development and management of a local MPT team in BSF within the global MPT organization Promotion of specialist competencies, knowledge management and talent development within the team Establishment of MPT business processes in the course of site development Establishment and continuous improvement of (MPT) processes, standards and KPIs Close collaboration with Head of TechOps Site Development BSF, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing Setting up user requirements and ensuring their correct and GMP-compliant implementation in all design phases of the project with a focus on downstream Responsibility for the implementation of cleaning validations and coordination during execution Technical support of Manufacturing and Materials Management with process-related issues, deviations and implementation of CAPA measures Audit responsibility for MPT-specific topics, such as qualification, validation and documentation Active participation in strengthening the GMP and HSE culture in the team and in the production environment Your profile Completed studies in chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, biotechnology or a comparable field, ideally with a doctorate Several years of experience in the GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment, ideally peptide synthesis as well as API purification and isolation Management experience in building high-performance teams with the ability to promote ownership and commitment Good knowledge of chemical production, process engineering, plant planning and regulatory
