Their tasks
- They take over the professional and personnel management of the team activation (3 persons) and provide future students with competent support on their training path.
- Together with your team, you will create a varied, needs-oriented and structured activation that enriches the everyday life of our residents - in close cooperation with the management of the care centre and the care departments.
- You plan and realize with a lot of creativity various events and excursions.
- They coordinate the assignments of our 30 volunteer employees.
- With your sense of seasons and moods, you ensure a loving, seasonal decoration on the care departments.
Your profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Activation specialist/activation specialist HF
- Professional experience in a senior position as well as in long-term care
- Excellent organizational skills
- Hearty and humorous basic attitude as well as an open and sociable kind
- Motivation and joy of facing multiple challenges and tackling new things
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
