Tasks
As a hair stylist, you ensure the professional implementation of the services taking into account the individual guest wishes. This also includes:
- Support of regular and regular customers (hotel guests) along the entire service process; from consulting to implementation in the areas of cut, color and styling
- Advising and selling exclusive hair care and styling products
- Careful cash management and settlement in daily business
- Support in the reception area and organization and maintenance of scheduling
- Sovereign and solution-oriented handling of demanding guest feedback
Requirements
You have completed training as a Coiffeuse / Coiffeur EFZ and bring several years of professional experience in a demanding, ideally luxurious salon environment. In addition, you bring with you
- Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English, other languages are advantageous
- Safe handling of common PC applications and reservation systems
- Strong passion for high-quality products, excellent styling and a keen sense of aesthetics and trends
- Independent, structured and organized working methods with high quality standards
- Respectful and discreet treatment of guests as well as a solution-oriented attitude
