As a Guest Experience Leader, you are the radiant heart of our restaurant. You greet our guests with a smile, introduce them to our latest offers and support them with the order. With your positive energy, you motivate the team and ensure that every guest leaves happy. You have an eye for the small details and an open ear for the wishes and feedback of our guests, which you share with the management to make each visit even better.

Main tasks

• Welcome guests and create a cheerful atmosphere
• Presentation of new offers and support for orders
• Passing on guest feedback to team and management
• Support the team with enthusiasm and team spirit
• Ensuring a perfect restaurant experience for every guest
