- You support the departmental management in professional and organizational management tasks, take responsibility for personnel deployment planning, support new employees and support team development
- You actively contribute to ensuring and further developing laboratory quality, implement quality standards and engage in joint governance committees or sections
- You participate in projects and change processes in the highly specialized environment of the Immunology Laboratory/DPM and specifically contribute your expertise to innovation and optimization projects
- You support the achievement of the targets according to the strategies and the annual targets according to the DPM and the Clinic for Immunology
