Tasks

• You lead, promote and develop your team.
• You ensure maximum availability of our automated intralogistics systems.
• You plan resources, shifts and piquettes ahead of time.
• You ensure that maintenance, repairs and maintenance work are carried out efficiently.
• You work closely with logistics and other internal interfaces and are a valued point of contact.
• You are responsible for budget, key figures and investment planning in your area.
• You ensure that safety, quality and hygiene standards are met at all times.

Requirements

• A basic technical training with suitable further training, for example as a technician: in HF or maintenance manager:in.
• Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
• Experience in the maintenance of automated plants or complex technical systems.
• Joy in leading, developing people and achieving success together.
• Clear communication, decision-making strength and assertiveness.
• A structured way of working and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Readiness for Pikett as well as flexibility in a 24/7 operation.
