The Position

The possibility

• Ensuring GMP compliance in packaging in accordance with national, international and Roche-internal requirements
• Ensuring stable and trouble-free production through continuous improvements
• Central GMP contact and SME for manufacturing unit and interfaces
• Processing and coordination of deviations, CAPAs, changes and multisite assessments
• Responsibility as Data Integrity SME and for the Quality Risk Management (QRM) process, including risk analysis
• Co-design and documentation of production and process processes
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, cleaning and zone concepts
• Preparation, coordination and monitoring of audits, inspections and self-inspections, including action tracking

Who are you?

• Pharmaceutical, scientific or technical background through study or Training with relevant professional experience
• Positive, integrity and self-reflected personality with strong team, collaboration and communication skills
• Solution-oriented can-do mentality with personal responsibility, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and end-to-end focus
• Strong quality mindset, support orientation and open speak-up and error culture
• Very good organizational and project management skills as well as experience in change management
• Resilience, flexibility and openness to change and innovation
• Experience in pharmaceutical production, development, quality assurance/control or related industries
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
