Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting planning activities related to eitehr demand or site supply and global planning functions
- Prepares operations forecast to align with sales forecast and manages demand or supply forecast for production planning in computerized system
- Evaluates supply/demand imbalances and implements solutions working closely with Commercial planners regarding product allocation between markets
- Monitors, manages and reports work in process and finished goods inventory across the entire supply chain, optimizing inventory and service levels
- Manages coordination of supply for new product launches and product phase-outs, working closely with Commercial Development, regional demand planners and site planning
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance of planning and execution processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business, supply chain management or technical field relevant to CSL products
- 7+ years' experience in supply and demand planning functions
- American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) Certification preferred
- Certified Planning Management (CPM) preferred
- Proficiency in advanced supply chain systems /SAP applications
