Main responsibilities
- Establish team scope and division of responsibilities with upstream functions (e.g., device CMO team). Define, track, and report CMO team KPIs S Representation:
- Actively drive network supply outcomes and represent the CMO function in the CD process
- Managing operational orders, and master data in SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM):
- Lead SRM activities and partner with CMOs to ensure long-term capability and capacity for predictable delivery Financial & Order Execution:
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders in the purchasing system, review/approve CMO invoices, and execute pre- and post-production order management in the ERP system Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and champion process improvement opportunities, applying technical expertise to resolve complex supply chain issues.
- Serve as an SME/primary contact for key strategic initiatives Your Profil:
- Degree: BA/BS degree, preferably in a technical, business, or supply chain discipline. Master’s degree is a plus
- Work Experience: 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, supply chain management, or manufacturing
- Domain Knowledge: Strong preference for experience in clinical drug manufacturing, clinical supply chain, or contract manufacturing management GMP Experience: Required
