Company and context

  • Design and manage clinical labeling artwork for a global portfolio of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP) across internal manufacturing sites and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
  • Lead the end-to-end clinical label lifecycle from initiation through approval and delivery, including booklet, single panel, and shelf-life extension labels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Study Planning, global manufacturing teams, external suppliers, and a worldwide network of regulatory label representatives.
  • Drive issue resolution in the label creation process, monitor labeling regulations, and maintain critical master data and documentation.
  • Lead supplier relationship management and performance reviews with external booklet vendors to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support emerging packaging technologies by coordinating the development and testing of new label capabilities with external vendors.
  • Champion label-related operations for pre-approval access and post-trial access programs to support global patient needs. Who You Are
  • Education: University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biopharmaceuticals, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experienced professional with 3+ years in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or clinical supply chain environment.
  • Knowledgeable in pharma supply chain operations, clinical packaging processes, and regulatory/cGMP standards.
