- Reporting to the Head of Global Indirect Procurement, your main responsibilities will be:
- Identify and execute global optimization projects for capital expenses (CapEx), following indirect procurement categories are mainly in scope Production Equipment, Construction, Facility Management and Laboratory.

Main responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Global Indirect Procurement, your main responsibilities will be:
- Identify and execute global optimization projects for capital expenses (CapEx), following indirect procurement categories are mainly in scope Production Equipment, Construction, Facility Management and Laboratory.
- Responsible for the complete commercial procurement process for respective categories.
- Development and implementation of group-wide category strategies for our international sites.
- Develops a CapEx procurement community with regular exchange and best practice sharing.
- Drives the adoption of the sourcing tool in Coupa across the entire procurement community.
- Build productive relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand business needs and implement a multi-year plan to ensure optimal tendering of Siegfried’s spend.
Key requirements
- What are we looking for?
- Language Skills : Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Professional Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience
- Procurement Tools : Experience with e-auctions
- Communication Skills : Strong communication and presentation skills
- Educational Background : Business Administration with strong technical acumen is preferred. (Engineering)
- Project Management: Strong project management skills
