Your new tasks

• Operational SEA implementation (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) – campaign building, optimization and monitoring based on a defined strategy
• SEA agency coordination – briefings, quality assurance, campaign implementation
• A/B testing: Conception & implementation – independent test hypotheses, setup via testing tool, QS and evaluation
• A/B Testing Roadmap & Agency Coordination – Analysis of optimization potential, prioritization, process development, agency briefings and support
• Operational knowledge of Google Ads (structure, processes, KPIs); Ideally first experience Microsoft Advertising
• Practical experience with A/B tests on landing pages (hypothesis to analysis)
• Ability to derive test hypotheses and optimization measures from user behavior and business requirements.
• Analytical, structured, independent and quality-conscious work
• Ideally, experience in eCommerce, retail or the furniture industry
• Agency/project coordination experience is beneficial
• Knowledge of testing/analytics tools (Chameleon, Hotjar, Quantum Metric or similar)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, ideally JavaScript
• There is interest in AI application possibilities in A/B testing
