In our contract logistics team, you are responsible for warehousing processes - be it, for example, by picking goods in the warehouse or through organizational activities in the office. You work precisely and not only contribute to the success of your team, but also ensure smooth day-to-day business in our warehouse and distribution centers. At our modern logistics location in Möhlin, we are responsible for warehouse logistics for renowned customers from the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. As Operations Manager Logistics (m/f/d), you are responsible for the smooth running of all warehouse processes and lead a team of up to 40 employees. In close collaboration with our site management, you ensure processes and drive efficiency through KPI-controlled process optimization. You will actively shape our customer business at the location and sustainably develop structures, processes and employees. How you get involved

  • Support the site management in the implementation and maintenance of quality and productivity-enhancing measures
  • Ensuring and managing all operational processes to achieve the highest possible efficiency, based on defined key figures
  • Responsible implementation of new processes in close cooperation with the customer and in line with company requirements
  • Contact person: for our customers and personal maintenance of the customer relationship
  • Deployment control and management of employees as well as their further support within the framework of training measures to maintain and continuously improve service quality
  • Vulnerability analysis and concept development of new, improved work procedures

What sets you apart

  • Completed commercial training as a logistics specialist with a federal specialist certificate or comparable
  • Well-founded professional and Management experiencein an operational position within contract logistics, experience in the pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge in the area of quality management and continuous Improvement systems
  • Assertiveness as well as flexible/systematic thinking and acting
  • Structured, team-oriented and independent working style with a high level of self-motivation and reliability
  • Fluent in German and fluent written and spoken English
